Two Sigma

Designed by WRNS Studios, the Two Sigma headquarters challenged the conventional tech office aesthetic by prioritizing wellness, acoustics, and sustainability alongside clean, contemporary design. Rather than defaulting to polished concrete, the design team sought a flooring material that would create a quieter, more comfortable workplace while meeting rigorous environmental standards.

Zandur Nitria Sustain cork rubber flooring was selected for its unique combination of durability, acoustical performance, and natural character. The warm, subtly mottled surface softened the minimalist interior and complemented the project's "Tech Ethereal" design concept, proving that high-performance flooring can also bring warmth and visual depth to modern commercial spaces.

According to WRNS Studios, Sustain met the project's demanding sustainability requirements while delivering the performance and aesthetic quality the team envisioned. The result is a workspace that feels quieter, more comfortable, and distinctly human—demonstrating how thoughtfully selected materials can shape both the experience and identity of a space.
