Harbisons Dairy 

A Philadelphia landmark dating to 1895, Harbisons Dairy has been reimagined from a historic dairy complex into a mixed-use residential community. The award-winning renovation preserves the building's industrial character and original architectural details—including its iconic milk-bottle water tower—while introducing contemporary apartments, workspaces, and amenities.

That blend of old and new continues into the boutique fitness center, where Zandur flooring becomes part of the design. Contrasting colors are arranged in a bold geometric pattern that brings energy and movement to the intimate space while complementing the building's industrial materials and distinctive character.

Beyond its visual impact, the flooring provides the durability, comfort underfoot, slip resistance, and easy maintenance needed for an active fitness environment. It's a small space with a strong point of view—and an example of how performance flooring can become an integral part of the design rather than simply the surface beneath it.
